The Rules for booking a Wedding band
Firstly, all wedding bands are NOT the same. Remember the important things to look for when booking the band for your wedding and know what you are getting for your money.
1. Wedding Knights are a "TOTALLY LIVE" band and use "NO" backing tracks like other bands. Please ensure if you are getting quotes from other bands that they are quoting you for a live performance and not one which will use backing tracks.
2.Our set list is totally live and can be mixed around to ensure your dance floor stays full all night unlike a lot of rival wedding bands who have to stick with one list of songs due to a lack of live music and dependence on backing tracks.
3. We provide a live DJ after the band and not a "iPod" left plugged in. We also include full lighting rig and star-cloth backdrop plus free Wi-Fi during the DJ part of the night. So that any songs we don't have can be downloaded on request at no extra charge on the night.
4. Wedding Knights offers the best customer service in the industry, this includes the only wedding band with an Dublin 4 office, if you wish to call in person to chat about the details of your big day.
5. Remember like everything in life you get what you pay for when it comes to a wedding band for your big day. If you pay peanuts you get monkey's. We charge the national average price for a wedding band, as found in the recent Mrs2be.ie and Weddingface.ie wedding price survey.
6. Don't trust bands who DON'T have videos recorded at events on their website. it is very easy to get audio clips "mastered" in the studio, which will sound nothing like the band on the night. A selection of images from a one wedding with music recorded in a studio is not a live performance. Our videos were record live (both sound and pictures) at the same event.
Our History
Founded as The Irish Rat Pack in 2002, we decided in May 2011 after performing for many, many wedding couples that we would make the break with our old name and reinvent Ireland's most famous wedding band with the more generic name of The Wedding Knights, due now to the wide variety of music we cover.
This includes everything from the Black Eyes Peas, The Killers, The Kings of Leon, The Beatles and Elvis. We also cover Dean Martin, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra and ABBA. With hit songs including The Galway Girl and Sweet Caroline to keep the dance floor full for your big day. Please click on the set list part of this site to get an idea of the music we can cover.

We know you only get to do this once in your life and planning a wedding is a big deal. You get advice off friends and family, you listen to work mates and you read weddings websites. Just keep in mind that a lot of the "brides' online may be rival suppliers pretending to be brides. So be informed and make your mind up for yourself.
